Your fresh and new Smart-ID account is under temporary usage limitation until all needed background checks have been completed.
This applies to “Biometric registration” in cases where some national governmental registries are not available during the account creation process.
We urge you to be patient and wait for messages from Smart-ID that account is now usable. We can remove the limitation when we have received a positive answer from the registry and we will then notify you as soon as possible!
This process might take up to 24 hours. If you are unable to wait, please consider other if some other registration method is suitable for you, instead of “Biometric registration”.
