As of March 30 SEB clients can start using a new solution, which will ensure a secure and convenient access to internetbank and online payments. It is Smart-ID, an application for smartphones, which is available free of charge.

Smart-ID app requires an update to at least version 27.
If you have not updated the app, then you might see different errors or messages that your app usage is restricted.
For example if you see a screen with “UNKNOWN_ERROR_TYPE” when using Smart-ID then this means you have not updated the app.
You can update or install the new app version from Google Play or AppStore.
